All files uploaded to Pow Wow TV are converted to Flash Videos (.flv). Some file types handle this conversion better than others. A common problem is that your video will loose some frames during conversion causing the audio and video to by slightly out of sync. We recommend you upload all your videos in either .flv or .mpg format.
