Everyone can recite the Pledge of Allegiance which was loyalty oath for immigrants, but no one can recite the constitutional oath. That’s sad. Sounds like the issue is property condemnation due to violating flood plane zoning laws, that’s not a constitutional issue. People just need an attorney to make sure they get fair compensation.

This was not a violent, lawbreaking Riot. This in my opinion, from being in the crowd, was a public disorder caused by a group of people in protest over a government policy. It was with no doubt public disorder. By many definitions of Riot this gathering falls under several.
