The Gift of the Elk is a Suite for Native American Flute and Orchestra. Music by Jim Cockey (me). Photography by Glenn Oakley. Native American flute, vocals and drums by Joseph FireCrow. Image Choreography by Jung-Ho Pak. This piece was commissioned and premiered by the Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra in April, 2010, Jung-Ho Pak conducting. The orchestra on this video is a midi mock-up. While this is not a commercial release, it is hoped that it will create interest for future performances.
