I love this video. There’s another one that was on YouYube for a while–Buffy Ste. Marie singing “I’m Gonna be a Country Girl Again” with a cow and a pig (Muppets). I really miss that one! I don’t remember who posted it, but for some reason it disappeared.

@Charla1606: There IS a scene during the cast’s trip to New Mexico where Oscar eats eight peppers, pretends not to be bothered by the heat, then dives into his can and lets out a howl (accompanied by a cloud of steam). Unfortunately, the friend who traded me the trip episodes had me promise not to post them here!
Wasn’t there an episode where Oscar eats a chili pepper?

The song Buffy is singing before she sings The Morning Song is quite similar to the AIM song; could it be she’s singing it?
I was 4 when this aired. My brother was in the hospital with appendicitis at the time and I was baby-sat at the home of an elderly couple.
I thought that it was because I was watching a different TV that the Sesame Street was in a different setting.
I wanted my brother to get better so I could go home to my TV and watch the SS that I was familiar with.
Wrong. The Plains Cree definitely lived in tepees. They were a nomadic tribe.
Obviously, the teepe is out of place in Hawaii.
Well, hers did. She’s Plains Cree. She’s not living on a Plains Cree reservation in Hawaii for sure though — Plains Cree reservations are kind of a Canada / Montana thing. I’m not sure which tribe she’s living with in Hawaii though and what their stand on tepees is!
